WHY WOULD WINDOWS EXPLORER NEED TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET?
Not IE, but the built in search engine. ZoneAlarm keeps asking for the first time and I have not let it thru. First time I have seen pop on on ZA and it wants to act like a server too?

Try downloading FireFox from http://www.monzilla.com. I have never had problem like I did back in the IE days!!!

Several answers. Do a Google ( or other search engine) search for :: “Explorer.Exe” It will tell you all about it. You can always say “NO’ and “Remember” on the ZA window when it next appears.
