WANT TO CREATE MY OWN VERSION OF GOOGLE?
I want to create my own search engine(not a customized search engine associated with a specific interest or topic). I want it to function like Google, Ask etc… Is there any company out there that offers the software/service to accomplish this?

Yeah there is…. it’s called Google lol.
If you want to custom-make your own search engine then you have to do just that: custom make it. By yourself. You gotta learn HTML and other web-programming languages, along with learning about databases and several other computer topics.
That is why most people just get a google search bar and stick it on their website. It’s much easier.
