My search engines do not work when I click a link. Help!?
When I search for something, let’s state “Smile Lyrics”, links appear. It’s normal, right? Then whenever I click on one of the links, this always appears. Always. No matter what search. Here is the link:

Hi guys,
I urgently require a search website function for a website I have built. I need it to simply search my website by keyword and deliver the results in an organised manor.
I have been iven a JAVASCRIPT solution which looks like it could work but I am an amature when it comes to JAVASCRIPT and have no idea which part of the code I need to edit to make it work with my site! I have some PHP experience but no JAVASCRIPT.
Below is the code – could someone please explain which bits to edit? Thank you for your time – you are properly saving my bacon!

Why do my computer’s search engines not work?
When I search through Google for anything, then click on the link for my search result I want to look at, it does not take me to the link I want. It either:
1) Takes me to another search engine, usually an obscure one, and re-searches for my query and grants me to select from new search results.
2) Or it takes me to an advertisement pertaining the my search query.
I ran “Spybot – Search & Destroy” which found 21 problems and fixed them. The problem is, now when I run a search and click on a link, often instead of taking me to my link, it takes me to a dead page. The webaddress will be correct in the address bar, but the actual page itself will not be displayed. If I click on the address bar and press ‘enter’ it will take me to the site I want. This tell me that there is still something wrong with my computer, trying to take me to another site, but not working. Please help!!

i have an HTML form that links to a PHP script that processes it. This creates a search engine. Now i would like to protect the search engine with a password and a user name. I could not use another form (password type) that links to the form above can I? seems like i need JavaScript here?
actually i would like to use a link on my web site but when that link is pclicked, the user is asked for username/password, when the latter are ok, they can access the form leading to the php script that processes the search results.
hi David, i think i understand. so it seems that i’d need to add the psswd/username fields to the search form then hardcode the pssd/username in the php that processes it. then link the website page to that form page. Let me see if i can do that

FIREFOX SEARCH ENGINE ‘GOOGLE’ DOESN’T WORK.?

When I try to search for a page on google in firefox’s built-in search on the top-right corner, a white blank page appears. Same if I type “yahoo” in the main search bar (the middle, more massive one), It doesn’t google it or go to yahoo.com. How can I fix this?
P.S. Cookies are disabled, but I used to use it without them, and it worked fine.
