how do you find someone that you can not find, is there a good search engine for public records?
I have been searching for someone because the legal system has failed me and my right to paternity testing or being a dad.
they say that it is the fathers burden to locate the mom and child and then file in a motion in that jurisdiciton. Ihave talked to numerous atty’s there (in a different say than I live) and they also stated that I must locate her before they can assist. Is there a group out there that helps alledged father’s be fathers or help father’s find out if a child is yours due to the fact she stated he is not in a court of law under oath and denied dna testing but then all a few years later she is after me for child support and benefits. I know that I am not the only one to go through this. I feel like I am running into shut doors. Maybe someone has gone through this and can advise.

Please… we all need a good search engine. Do you think Google is as good as it was at one time?
Google was really great at one time. It gave useful results on the search, and all the advertising was on the right column. The results were good, and that is EXACTLY what made them the top search engine.
But alas, it seems that all good things come to an end. For example: Enter “Work from Home” in Google and you will get about a thousand scam sites!
Now, this is NOT a work from home question… I just want to know if you think there is a chance that someone will build another search engine that will give the useful results that Google used to give? (one that will sort out all the scams and advertisers from the real information)
Or maybe you already know of that kind of search engine????
