Q&A: CAN ANYONE HELP ME MERGE MY TWO PARTITIONS?

Can anyone help me merge my two partitions?
I just installed Acronis Disk Director Suite 10 and It tells me I have to reboot my Computer after I merge them together. After I do my personal states something like “unexpected script……” and it reboots again. after the second time it states that it’s complete. When I open “My Computer” i still have both partitions and my shutdown button is missing; only the Log Off button is there.

I tried to do it again a couple more times and I get the same result. I tried to do it while my 2nd partition was also empty and still got the same thing.

can anyone help me? I also tried to search the main site for help and also a couple of different search engines and I didnt get any useful sites

I am looking to build an e-commerce site and the developers portfolio sites have cgi-bin in the URL. An SEO company told me the site would not be SE friendly because of that.

A URL that ends in cgi-bin indicates a web page that is dynamically generated by software. Search engines often ignore pages like that because they could be indexing content that will not be there next time.

Does anyone know of a website that has the lyrics or script to Jekyll/Hyde the musical?
I’m writing a paper about Jekyll/Hyde in comparison to the play Dr. Faustus. I am aware of the novella by Robert Stevenson which is the original work, (and I own it) but would like some references to the play or at least the lyrics to the songs. I have access to the music but not the actual lyrics, which would preferable.
I do not know who the writer of the music or play is, and that would also be helpful in finding what I need. When I have searched for it on databases or search engines I just get information on the novella.
Please help if you can!

You’ve got a lot to learn.

Of course a very naive search engine is trivial, just grab the raw text of a web page using something like curl or wget or whatever and perform fulltext searches on all pages in your data for keywords.

I’ve been trying to get the Yahoo! Music Engine to run, but I keep getting errors. It was working fine earlier today, but now I get errors abou8t scripts not being able to run and none of the search functionality works.

As I have stated before I am having problems editing and viewing my profile, I know that this is not the same problem but probably just one of yahoo’s gliches,most likely will work in the future as well

Trying to submit a website to search engines on my own. Anyone know of free ones?
I have a website that markets work at home job and provides hundreds of ideas, resources, ect. I am trying to get it submitted to search engines AND increase my hits. Anyone have any recommendations on how I can do it on my own, without paying any money to companies that do it?

You can submit your website address to Google, Yahoo and other huge search engines by simply going to their website and clicking on a link that states “submit a web address” and it takes a few days for them to add it to their database. Keep in mind, simply doing this will not increase your traffic. You need to promote your website on any and all marketing materials you have. Also, you can use Google Analytics to help you track your traffic and once you see where its coming from you can spend more time focusing on that source of traffic.

I have been on phentermine for nearly two years and I have lost 90lbs. Anyone else getting banner ads hijacked with search engine adware?
Almost each web page or site I am on, it seems the banner ads are getting hijacked by search engine adware like “wbr4.com”, “searchathand.com”, or “foxic”.
I’ve run my Webroot Spy Sweeper but it’s not detecting this problem (I contacted them about this, no reply yet).
Any recommendations how to eradicte this?

had it happen one day on ars technica site and freaked me out but like you stated no malware, spyware or virus and i ran em all. it only happened one day at one site.
