dont worry its completely legal, even google gives you a personal search engine but you have to signup and i tryed many times except you need a current running website. anyways they should be thanking me as they get to show their ads on it.

Or you can create a newer Google custom search, once you make it go to the control panel then click ‘Code’ at the top
