			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><i>Question by made_in_demise</i>: <br />Script For 3 Females?</strong><br />
So, I need a free script for three girls, no guys. I have already searched google and ask and havent found a thing. So random links to google or other search engines probably wont help. If you have a recommendation, just state it. I am getting desperate at this point. (Links to a script would be appreciated&#8230;not needed, though.)</p>

&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;</p>
<p><i>Answer by Actor and Host</i><br/>I have done some research on places on the world wide web where you can find monologues and scripts of all types, including teen monologues, monologues for girls, women, men, comical monologues, short comedic monologues, etc. I also answer a lot of questions about how to effectively memorize a monologue as well as about common mistakes that actors often make while performing a monologue for an audition. On this page on my site for new and aspiring actors, you will find all that information including links to the types of monologues you are looking for. http://www.actingcareerstartup.com/comical_monologues.html</p>
<p>Good luck in your audition.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><i>Question by Acestuff</i>: <br />W3C Validation &#8211; How to stop it validating (js)script?</strong><br />
I&#8217;m sure there is a tiny piece of code you put in as a comment before scripts to stop them being validated. Cannot for the life of me remember what it nor can I find it using a search engine: search terms are too general.</p>
<p>Using:</p>
<p>http://validator.w3.org/</p>
<p>On xhtml traditional documents.</p>
<p>Anyone know what it is?<br />
Thanks, Colin<br />
Thanks Benjamin but like my question says: there is a comment you can write to stop it validating a section.</p>
<p>I have no idea why it is validating the scripts: one of them is an onclick function which (is kinda long but nevertheless&#8230;) has for loops eg<br />
for (var i = 0 ; i < a ; i++)<br />
and it's looking at the < and failing the document<br />
Thanks for the extra effort Benjamin.<br />
I'm pretty sure they exist: I have used them before, unless it was in a dream....</p>
<p>I shall take a look in the info in the links you provided, thanks.</p>
<p><span id="more-1553"></span><br />
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;</p>
<p><i>Answer by Benjamin</i><br/>W3C&#8217;s validation tool should ignore scripts&#8230;however, if you have HTML tags in your script, it will pick those tags up and throw an error. </p>
<p>The ideal option is to write your script so it doesn&#8217;t have html in it, or you can split up the html tags like this:<br />
document.write(&#8220;<b" +"r />&#8220;);</p>
<p>WDG has more information on this here</p>
<p>http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/problems.html#script</p>
<p>&#8212;<br />
edit:<br />
The only comments I know of are the <!-- comment here -->. </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve looked through their FAQ and have found nothing about a ignore comment. You can find the FAQ here:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><i>Question by NotSweetOnGates</i>: <br />In IE6 I enter a url which is not valid at the address bar, I get brought to search.live.net instead of google</strong><br />
Google is my default search engine. Works fine with a search at the address bar. My problem is since last night tuesday, whenever I enter(guess) a url in the address bar, instead of doing a search, I am now taken hostage by search.live.com.<br />
I did not install any updates, my anti-spyware is up to date(spybot S&#038;D, ad-aware, firewall, and two on the web searches including Cleaner). Nothing is detected. I have been at this for quite a few years and this is the first time I have Been owned without a trace anywhere to be seen. No hosts files, nothing at the moment. I tried resetting with a few scripts I use for helping ppl out with spyware etc and nothing&#8230; It only occurs in the address bar. Wrong address=search.live.com<br />
Help plz?</p>
<p><span id="more-1552"></span><br />
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;</p>
<p><i>Answer by sean20_007</i><br/>hmmm weirddd&#8230;. try using spyware terminator</p>
<p>it has this feature that of it encounters spyware that is not registered in their database as a threat or if its secure then it will be listed down in another tab (unknown spyware to be exact). it wil give you a bit of information on what program uses it so you might be able to pinpoint the spyware that hijacked your ie&#8230;</p>
<p>if you are sort of techy use hijackthis its a more advanced antispyware program but its sorta confusing</p>
<p>i recommend switching to opera or mozilla firefox as your browsers. i personally recommend opera coz its a balance between security and functionality unlike firefox</p>
<p>
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><i>Question by Steve</i>: <br />how to connect products to a shopping cart with a script.?</strong><br />
I need to add products to my shopping cart, which I have done btw, then make them appear on fly pages and also create deep links [single products on a page] to appear both when product is clicked AND when a Search engine link is clicked.<br />
I use Joomla! &#038; VirtueMart! now, but shouldn&#8217;t the scripts be the same ? What are these scripts, Can you provide me with an example ?<br />
Yes. I do need this extension. Importing is a huge deal.</p>
<p>However, I have stuff in my cart [see steves apparel / cart plz] but they are not showing up in the product / fly pages when I add them. So far this means I need to type the product info in 5 times for EACH product to get it to work and I know Joomla! is not set up that way.</p>
<p>Transversely, I need to also connect the products on the pages that you CAN see, back to the cart. That means [in this case] I need to scrape my own site and add these product descrips &#038; photos to my data base FIRST [w/o it being a .csv file, though I suppose we could figure out how to male them into one, but Why do that ?], then sanitize the unwanted info in it [it is a feed], then hook it all to VirtueMart!.</p>
<p>I really need hands on help, Can you log in and get a few of these things going ?</p>
<p>Please be aware, I am NOT rich. So go simple on me.</p>
<p>You can use our contact button on our site.</p>
<p>thanks!!</p>
<p><span id="more-1551"></span><br />
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;</p>
<p><i>Answer by JustMe</i><br/>If I comprehend your question correctly, you are looking for a way to import a list of products from some kind of list and populate your shopping cart.<br />
If that is the case take a look at VirtueMart Extension directory with Import / Export tools &#8211; http://extensions.virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_sobi2&#038;catid=12&#038;Itemid=2 there are quite a few extensions for VirtueMart that will grab a file (like CSV or Excel) and import it into the shopping cart.<br />
Good luck.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><i>Question by Aspurtaime Dog Sneeze</i>: <br />Question about domains and search engine rankings?</strong><br />
Question about domains and search engine rankings</p>
<p>I am building a website for a realtor. It seems that if the domain contains the search words (e.g &#8220;homes&#8221; and &#8220;Denver&#8221; and &#8220;realtor&#8221; to denverrealtor.com or denverhomes.com) it would rank higher in search engines than those with those words only as metatags.</p>
<p>Is this true? What is the ideal way to get high on the list?</p>
<p><span id="more-1550"></span><br />
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;</p>
<p><i>Answer by mavinakdel</i><br/>metatags are important. Use all affiliated tags possible, homes for sale, homes, denver, real estate, realtor&#8230;you get my drift. Secondly&#8230;.search engines browse your content looking for the same text that is in your meta tags. Make good use of your text. The more you use your tags in your text, the superior the engines like it</p>
<p>3rd. Let the search engines know you are out there, submit your site to as many as you can. </p>
<p>4th Links, Get as many reputable sites to link to you as possible, Link to reputable sites yourself. I can&#8217;t stress how important it is that sites you let link to you and that you link to be REPUTABLE.</p>
<p>5th. Keep your content fresh. Update your site weekly</p>
<p>6th. Networking, good old fashioned networking among your peers is still as important as it ever was. </p>
<p>7th. Emails, email your peers and let them know your site is there, traffic plays a role in SEO</p>
<p>good luck,</p>
<p>mavin</p>
<p>
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br />

<p><i>Answer by Skillz Check</i><br/>None of the free scripts are of any value, they all have significant flaws. If you find a nice free script, let me know, but the only perl scripts worth thier while cost soem money&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><i>Question by </i>: <br />PHP Reading files script problem?</strong><br />
I am having trouble with my PHP classes and was hoping someone could help me complete this script because it has me beat. I realize that this is suppose to be very basic, I am just having a very difficult time with it.</p>
<p>So basically, I need to </p>
<p> Read the file line by line, and use the explode and list functions to extract the category, rating, URL, and description. Use that information to write out a web page that contains each link and description, such as the following:</p>
<p>Maps<br />
hopstop.com &#8211; A good way to find your way from here to there in major cities.</p>
<p>News<br />
chicagotribune.com &#8211; The on the web version of the Chicago Tribune newspaper</p>
<p>Maps<br />
mapquest.com &#8211; Find an address on a map or get directions from one place to another. &#8216;</p>
<p>At the moment I have this, ( I know that the explode command has to be in the wrong place I just dont know what I am missing. </p>
<p>My text file I am reading is named results.txt and everything that depends on it is in the correct place.<br />
An example of the text it has is.</p>
<p>Random|3|google.com|Search Engine<br />
Humor|9|whiteninjacomics.com|The adventures of White Ninja.<br />
Games|5|wowhead.com|For all your WoW needs<br />
Science|9|www.blender3d.com|A free open-source 3d graphics program!<br />
News|8|digg.com|tech news<br />
Random|1|myspace.com|Laugh at em.</p>
<p>The first field being the category the second being the rating and the third is the actual URL.</p>
<p><?php</p>
<p>$  filename = "../write/results.txt";</p>
<p>print "<br />
<h2> Results.txt</h2>
<p>&#8220;;</p>
<p>if(($  fp=fopen($  filename,&#8221;r&#8221;))===false)<br />
  print(&#8220;Couldnt open the file&#8221;);<br />
else<br />
{<br />
   $  line = fgets($  fp);<br />
   while (!feof($  fp))<br />
   {</p>
<p>       print htmlentities($  line).&#8217;<br />&#8216;;</p>
<p>   $  line = fgets($  fp);<br />
}<br />
    fclose($  fp);</p>
<p>}</p>
<p>print &#8220;<br />
<hr />&#8220;;</p>
<p>$  line=&#8221;games|9|http://www.gamefaqs.com&#8221;;<br />
$  a = explode(&#8220;|&#8221;,$  line);<br />
list($  Category,$  Rating,$  URL) = $  a;<br />
print(&#8220;$  Category,$  Rating,$  URL<br />&#8220;);</p>
<p>?><br />
That really Helped thanks!</p>
<p>Do you know how I would be able to split the data up into their categories and then have them listed by rank ex:</p>
<p>Also how would I make the URLs actual links?</p>
<p> Maps<br />
1 mapquest.com &#8211; Find an address on a map or get directions from one place to another.<br />
2 hopstop.com &#8211; A good way to find your way from here to there in major cities.</p>
<p>News<br />
5 chicagotribune.com &#8211; The on the web version of the Chicago Tribune newspaper </p>
<p>etc.</p>
<p><span id="more-1547"></span><br />
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;</p>
<p><i>Answer by _anonymous_</i><br/>first, you might want to take this out:</p>
<p>print htmlentities($  line).&#8217;<br />
&#8216;;</p>
<p>this simply prints the original contents of the file. (or keep it if you want)</p>
<p>also, put this:</p>
<p>$  a = explode(&#8220;|&#8221;,$  line);<br />
list($  Category,$  Rating,$  URL) = $  a;<br />
print(&#8220;$  Category,$  Rating,$  URL<br />&#8220;);</p>
<p>right after the while() { line, so this step simply keeps looping for each line</p>
<p>finally, take this out:</p>
<p>$  line=&#8221;games|9|http://www.gamefaqs.com…</p>
<p>this states to always make the line equal to the description of gamefaqs.com</p>
<p>
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br />
